Email Hosting

Email on your own domain — you@yourcompany.in rather than a generic free address. It reads as a business, and you keep control of the accounts when staff come and go.

Included with every hosting plan

Every plan includes mailboxes on your domain, set up in cPanel. Use them through webmail, or connect Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail or your phone over IMAP.

• IMAP and POP3 — read the same mailbox on your laptop and your phone, in step.
• Webmail — get at your mail from any browser.
• Spam filtering — SpamAssassin on by default, and you can tune how aggressive it is.
• Forwarders and aliases — send info@ to two people, or point sales@ at whoever is on duty.
• Autoresponders — out-of-office replies without leaving a client running.
• SPF, DKIM and DMARC — the records that stop your mail being treated as spam. We set them up with you.

Moving existing mail across

If you already have mail elsewhere we will copy the mailboxes over, including folders and read state, and cut the DNS across at a quiet time. Tell us where it is now and we will say what is involved.

Deliverability

Getting mail accepted matters more than any feature list. We configure authentication properly, keep our ranges off blocklists, and will help you work out why a message bounced if one does.
